Elektrophysik MiniTest 7400

The MiniTest 7400 coating thickness measuring device enables the measurement of non-magnetic coatings (paint, synthetic material, chrome, etc.) on ferromagnetic substrates (steel) and insulating coatings (varnish, enamel, synthetic material, etc.) on conductive substrates such as e.g. copper, stainless steel).
The MiniTest 7400 allows a wide range of measurements to be made, from the thinnest layers in the submicrometer range (eg galvanized coatings) to thick coatings (eg backfire coatings in steel structures, rubber coatings, etc.).
SIDSP sensors are technologically advanced and unique in their accuracy and reproducibility. Despite their high accuracy, the sensors are wear-resistant and can withstand years of use on rough surfaces.
The graphic display allows direct display of statistical values, trend diagrams, histograms.
The MiniTest 7400 Coating Thickness Gauge is controlled via a graphical interface and provides auxiliary functions similar to computer functions: context-sensitive help, feeding in folder structures and navigation via menus and symbols, and text display.
